About Rutalien · Established 1997
A Canadian compliance desk standing between exhibition floors and unverified participants
Rutalien Corporate Physical Services holds counter, table and pavilion allocations at major Canadian exhibitions and releases them only to delegations sponsored by a verified Canadian registered company.
Exhibition floors in Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver and Calgary attract buyers, distributors and institutional purchasers from every continent. That access is valuable — and it attracts participants whose commercial substance cannot be established. Organisers are not equipped to run corporate due diligence on hundreds of international applicants, and international applicants have no reliable Canadian counterparty to stand behind them.
Rutalien sits in that gap. We contract for physical counter inventory, then release it only through Canadian sponsor companies that pass a documentary review comparable to a commercial lending file: legal standing, trading history, financial capacity, tax position, beneficial ownership, insurance and reputation.
Once the sponsor clears, we verify each foreign delegate individually — passport particulars, photograph, role, employer and a signed personal undertaking — before any instrument is issued. The resulting invitation is serialized, barcoded and verifiable online by any organiser, venue operator or counterparty.
We are a commercial services firm. We are not an immigration adviser, we do not lodge visa applications, and our instruments confer no immigration status. What we certify is narrow and precise: that a named Canadian company has been verified, that a named delegation has been checked, and that a specific counter has been allocated.
