This office does two things for Canadian registered corporations. It contracts counter, table and pavilion inventory across nine provinces and re-allocates it under written participation terms. And it examines the international companies on the other side of the table — registry standing, beneficial ownership, sanctions exposure, financial substance and integrity record — before an introduction, an appointment or a purchase order is made. Both mandates are adjudicated by the same Authorization Office and closed with a written instrument.

Three classes of exhibition floor space
Rutalien holds a fixed number of units per event. Fees, frontage and passes are set per class and confirmed in writing at the point of allocation.
Standard counter
4–6 m² · single frontage
Fitted counter unit with fascia signage, lockable storage, powered outlet and two exhibitor passes. Suited to product sampling, catalogue distribution and lead capture.
Premium counter
9–12 m² · corner position
Corner allocation on primary aisles with backwall graphics, display shelving, seating and four exhibitor passes. Suited to negotiated sales and buyer meetings.
Corporate pavilion
18–36 m² · island floor
Island floor plate with private meeting area, storage room, custom build allowance and delegation passes. Suited to multi-brand groups and country delegations.

We also verify the international company before a Canadian company collaborates with it.
Rutalien is not only a supplier of floor space. Canadian corporations retain this office to examine overseas suppliers, agents, distributors and prospective partners: registry existence and standing, beneficial ownership traced to natural persons, sanctions and debarment screening, financial substance, litigation and insolvency record, and forced-labour and bribery exposure. Only where the examination is satisfied does Rutalien pass the counterparty to the Canadian party — with the findings annexed and the limitations stated.

Rutalien acts as the contracting exhibitor of record and delivers the physical presence end to end. The client company retains commercial control of its own trade activity on the counter.
Floor reservation
We hold confirmed counter, table and pavilion inventory with the organiser and contract it in Rutalien's name on your behalf, including position, frontage and neighbouring-stand terms.
Build and fitting
Shell scheme, fascia lettering, graphics, lighting, power load and furniture are specified against the venue's technical regulations and installed before opening day.
Freight and handling
Inbound exhibit freight, customs coordination, on-site handling, storage of empties and outbound return are arranged under the venue's appointed logistics rules.
Delegation attendance
Named attendance for your Canadian staff and overseas business partners is documented, filed with the organiser and issued as a formal instrument of attendance.

Every account follows the same five stages. No stage is abridged, and no allocation is confirmed before the documentary schedule has been determined.

Selection
Select the exhibition, counter class and frontage from the published calendar within the reservation window.
- 02
Corporate filing
File statutory particulars of the Canadian corporation, the signing officer and the trading record.
- 03
Documentary review
Constitutive instruments, tax standing and banking confirmation are examined by the Authorization Office.
- 04
Determination
The file is approved, placed under examination or refused. Approval releases credentials and the fee statement.
- 05
Delegation
Delegates are registered, undertakings executed and the serialised instrument of invitation is issued.
Reserve floor space
Open a corporate account and reserve your counter
Opening an account carries no charge. Counter fees become payable once your floor position is confirmed in writing. Reservations are contracted with Canadian registered corporations and remain subject to Rutalien's participation terms.
